Boston Pizza, Restaurant Locations, Capilano

After visiting this location more than twenty times in the past 12 months, we see that something - not good - has happened to the service. I wonder if there is new management or if they simply no longer care to receive our $60 -(or more) each time. Three staff members completely ignored us for over 10 minutes after we arrived on our last visit. Two of them walked right past our booth to either deliver food or the bill to the to adjacent ones without so much as a smile, a "be right with you" or an offer of a drink or a menu on a very slow Friday (only 4 other tables in the lounge had patrons). After 10 minutes of being ignored this time, we left. We will not return. Until August 8th (lounge) & 12th (restaurant) and September 2nd (lounge) we were generally happy with the food and pleased with the service as reflected in our tips. Maybe the new lack of service accounts for the lack of patrons on a Friday evening.
